What Your Registration Includes
• Full participation credentials for presentation or listener tracks at NextPeds Vienna 2027.
• Official Certificate of Attendance issued by the Scientific Review Council.
• Access to plenary halls, breakout areas, and catered coffee breaks.
• Digital Abstract Book copy and associated congress materials.
Cancellation & Refund Schedule
• 120+ Days Prior: Eligible for refund minus a $200 administrative settlement fee.
• 90–119 Days Prior: Eligible for a 50% partial balance return.
• Under 90 Days: Strict non-refundable window. Registrations can be transferred laterally to a proxy delegate.
Visas & Travel Contingencies
• Travel Disruptions: If government-enforced bans prevent travel, registrations automatically convert to remote virtual access.
• Force Majeure: The organization assumes no financial liability for delays or format adjustments caused by natural disasters or health emergencies.
